Where we send text messages on behalf of a client, messages are sent only to individuals who have a relationship with that business or who have otherwise consented to be contacted. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell phone numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information with the business client on whose behalf an interaction occurs, and with service providers (such as telephony, CRM, and AI infrastructure providers) strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
For clients in healthcare, we build workflows with privacy and HIPAA considerations in mind and will enter into appropriate agreements where required. Specific data-handling arrangements are confirmed directly with each client before launch.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
