These Terms govern your use of evleva.com and the services provided by EVLEVA, operated by A Milli In Here LLC ("EVLEVA," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

EVLEVA provides AI-powered voice and messaging agents and related setup and support, configured for each client's business. Specific scope, features, and pricing for a paid engagement are set out in the plan or order agreed with each client.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Setup or one-time configuration fees, where they apply, are described before you commit.
Plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and is not retroactive.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for the lawful use of the service with your customers.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your own customers by call or text, and for your compliance with applicable laws (including telemarketing, recording, and privacy laws).

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes, or in any way that violates the rights of others or the rules of telephony and messaging carriers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." AI systems can make mistakes; while we work to keep agents accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that every interaction will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where appropriate for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVLEVA and A Milli In Here LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
